David Luther is the Assistant Superintendent with the school district. He was also at the retreat last week where leaders worked on the list.<br /><br />&ldquo;The discussion was very good &ndash; it was pretty intense,&quot; Luther said.</p><p>Leaders began with about 20 statements.
