The city of Columbia and the True/False team are working to ensure minimum influence from the snow on Festival.

City workers and True/False volunteers had already cleared streets in all venues on Tuesday and Wednesday. But slippery road conditions still lead a last-minute change in the True life Run tomorrow. Organizers will exclude Alley A from in the course to avoid the icy road conditions.

True Life Run race director Patrick Hanson said they would also cut one of the challenges called Frogger Freeze tag, but they would add extra surprises to spice things up. The 5k run will start in Flat Branch Park at 9 in the morning.

Additionally, Columbia Transit Department is using one of the FastCat buses as a free route for True/False attendees. It runs every ten minutes in a loop connecting all True/False venues.

“People can simply flag the FastCat bus that’s running the True/False down no matter where they are at,” Columbia public information specialist Steven Sapp said, “and it will take them to whichever venue you wish to go to.”

The FastCat starts at 6 a.m. and runs until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 9 p.m. on Sunday. People can go to the FastCat website or download the mobile app to track the bus.
