Drury University has announced that tickets for a popular annual event will be available soon. Tickets for the Christmas Vespers choral concert are free and can be reserved starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12.
Because of high demand in recent years, the university will again host two performances: at 3 and 7 p.m. on Sunday, December 8 in Stone Chapel.
You can reserve up to four tickets per order at drury.edu/music, and they’ll be available for pick up at Stone Chapel an hour before the performance.
The concerts will be live streamed at drury.edu/music and at facebook.com/druryuniversity.
Vespers is based on the traditional lessons and carols service and will include classic carols such as “Silent Night” and “O, Come All Ye Faithful,” as well as more contemporary choral works. The Vespers celebration has been a tradition at Drury for more than 60 years.
