If you live in Greene County and need help with food and gifts for the holidays, it’s available through Crosslines.  And applications for Christmas Food Baskets and the Crosslines Toystore will be accepted starting Monday, December 2.

You can apply at the Crosslines Holiday Center, 615 N. Glenstone, Monday through Saturday (12/2-12/7) from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  Applications will also be accepted Thursday (12/5) from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Applicants will need social security cards for each member of a household and a current piece of mail verifying residency in Greene County.

Applications for adult-only households are limited to residents 60 and over or homebound.

Crosslines, an outreach of the Council of Churches of the Ozarks, offers help to Greene County residents to provide holiday meal and toys and gifts for local families that meet income criteria, according to a news release.

Volunteers are also needed.  For more information, (417) 865-5810.
