Free COVID-19 Testing Available In Several Missouri Cities

Free drive-thru COVID-19 testing is being offered in several cities in Missouri, including Joplin, Aurora and Branson.  The tests will be administered in Joplin Wednesday, October 28, Friday, October 30, and Monday, November 2, from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Walmart on 7th Street.  Tests will be offered in Aurora Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, October 27-29, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Price Cutter Pharmacy and in Branson Tuesday, October 27, Tuesday, November 3, and Tuesday, November 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at CoxHealth, 121 Cahill Rd.

Testing is also being done at other sites across Missouri in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  Those sites are part of national surge testing efforts, according to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, and will temporarily increase federal support to areas in the state where there have been recent increased levels of new COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.

Pre-registration is required, and you don't have to be a resident of the city where the testing is taking place.  Learn more at DoINeedaCOVID19test.com.

Results will be available within three to five days.
