McCaskill stops in Columbia on final day of campaign

clairemccaskill.com

Senator Claire McCaskill is finishing up her statewide “Get Out the Vote” campaign today by making various stops throughout Missouri. One of them was in Columbia this morning, at the Coordinated Campaign Building.

McCaskill admits she is relying on votes tomorrow from Republicans who might not support her opponent, US Representative Todd Akin. McCaskill said some Missouri lawns have McCaskill and Romney signs standing side-by-side, and she’s viewing this as a good sign. For now, she is not confident she will win the election. She said she is not relying on polls to determine tomorrow’s outcome, but is remaining hopeful. McCaskill will end her tour of the state in St. Louis tonight.
