Today Paul Pepper visits with DEBBIE PARKER, Center for English Language Learning at MU, and SARA HUACO, a student from Peru who's taking part in the CELL program. Debbie explains how this program benefits both the American student and the international student: "I think it increases understanding and empathy and just gives us more knowledge - it enriches our lives."
