Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum is coming to Missouri to give a speech about jobs and the economy.

Santorum will be at St. Charles Community College today. This is one of Santorum’s first Midwestern events after he took a break from the campaign to be with his 3-year-old daughter who was hospitalized. The event has been said to indicate his shift away from Florida, where polls show he’s falling behind Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich.
