Voters selected a new mayor for Kansas City, as well as some new council members. We spoke with mayor-elect Quinton Lucas then analyzed Tuesday's election results.

By now youngsters would normally be complaining about it being too hot to play outside but these days it's more likely to be too wet. Either way, our friends from the Johnson County Libary gave a list of their favorite books for kids of all ages that are perfect come rain or come shine!
