The Springfield-Greene County Health Department says three of the latest cases went to public places while sick.
Individuals who tested positive for the illness went to the Kearney Street Café on W. Kearney June 4 around lunchtime for about 20 minutes while infectious and weren’t wearing masks.
A person with COVID-19 was at Cedars West on West Bypass June 5 around 11:30 p.m. for about an hour and a half. They were infectious and not masked.
And two people with the illness were at Cedars West around 4 p.m. June 6 for about 20 minutes.
Anyone at those locations on those dates should monitor for symptoms and contact a healthcare provider if any develop.
Symptoms include:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
