Bob Dylan once wrote, "the times they are a-changin'", and while that phrase is in a song about the ride that is life (or something along those lines), the same phrase could be used today in a song about the climate! But unlike Dylan's song, activist/environmentalist CAROLYN AMPARAN is here to say there is something that can be done to change the outcome...if we all play a part.
