Kathy Scruggs was looking for work after losing a seasonal job last spring. She was also looking for a bit of luck when she bought a Mega Million ticket. The real luck came when the store clerk gave her a different lottery ticket. The Georgia woman hit the jackpot with that Powerball ticket.
