One of the weirdest, coolest things that happened over True/False weekend was when Ushio Shinohara punched a large, blank canvas with paint-covered boxing gloves.  Ushio Shinohara and his wife Noriko where the subjects of Cutie and the Boxer, one of the most anticipated documentaries that came to town this year.  The artists came for Q&As and gave an amazing demonstration of "action painting."  If you missed it, don't worry, it was well documented on social media:
