The City of Columbia's annual Climate Action and Adaptation Report is out, and the news is pretty good! Office of Sustainability manager BARBARA BUFFALOE tells us that, according to the report, "we have reduced - since we started measuring - closer to 6% of our [global] greenhouse gas emissions."
