Primary night in Missouri and Kansas has come and gone, but certainly left lots to talk about in it's wake. We dived into the evening's results on both sides of the state line.
When it came to Kansas, we spoke with the Democratic primary winners and analyzed why others did not fare so well. We let you know when you might expect to get the final result on the Jeff Colyer-Kris Kobach contest. Then, we looked at what voters' decisions could mean for the makeup of the Kansas House of Representatives.
In Missouri, Democrat Claire McCaskill and Republican Josh Hawley are now officially competing against each other for a United States Senate seat after their primary night wins. We asked what that contest will look like as they make the run up to November's election. We also took a look at the results of two ballot issues and what the respective implications are for Kansas City, Missouri, landlords and Missouri labor unions.
