Widow Of Overland Park Police | Ethics Of Protest & Pandemic

Segment 1, beginning at 3:05: Corrine Mosher has experienced an outpouring of support since the death of her husband.

On May 3, Overland Park Police Officer Michael Mosher was shot and killed following a hit-and-run in Johnson County, Kansas. Mosher was the first Overland Park officer killed in more than three decades. His widow, Corinne, spoke about how the family is coping with the loss.

Segment 2, beginning at 32:15: The Ethics Professors' take on destructive protests and mask-wearing during the pandemic.

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and widespread Black Lives Matter protests have thrown some heavy moral questions into the national air, namely: Is destructive protest ever justified? And does a personal right to not wear a mask trump the right of others to be safe and healthy?
