The United States Exercise Tiger Foundation organized a wreath-laying ceremony to honor the fallen soldiers of Boone County at the war memorial outside the courthouse Monday in Columbia.
This year the United States Exercise Tiger Foundation dedicated its wreath to the soldiers who laid down their lives during the Afghanistan War. The foundation also honored the veterans present at the ceremony with a badge and medal to recognize their service to the nation.
