Sometimes those with dementia who are living in a care facility need more than a 'hello' via text message as their means of communication with the outside world each day. Often times those same people have a lifetime of stories to tell - too much for a text message, natch - and so advocate/volunteer LOIS LONG is here to encourage that phone call, encourage that Zoom-like interaction before it's too late.
