Artificial intelligence has been an increasing presence in our email for quite some time now, no matter the platform you choose. If you're associated with the University of Missouri (like we are), you know that our email accounts are now a part of Microsoft 365, and as such, every morning there's a day planner-type email in our inbox from Cortana that is really nothing more than an aggregate of emails sent and received and calendar entries.
