Scottrade Center Reviewing Policies After Woman's Death

Officials at Scottrade Center in St. Louis are reviewing policies after the death of a woman at a concert.

Some witnesses complained about the slow response after 35-year-old Jen Steger Giamarino of Fenton collapsed Friday during a show by New Kids on the Block. She was taken to a hospital, where she died.

The private firm Accu Care provides medical services at Scottrade. The company says it reacted as quickly as possible.

Relatives say Giamarino had heart surgery at age 19, but had no known heart problems since then.
