The future of City Museum founder Bob Cassilly's unfinished network of turrets, drawbridges and canals known as Cementland in north St. Louis is uncertain, but trespassers frequently venture out for a look.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1CDXIgO) reports that Cassilly had planned Cementland for his next project before dying in a 2011 bulldozer accident at the property.

The site has been in probate court since his death. Public administrator Gerard Nester says probate usually doesn't last this long.

Riverview police and private security say they have discovered groups of up to 20 people exploring inside.

Police say people have stripped parts for scrap metal and have possibly compromised the attractions within the fenced-off property.

Photos and videos taken inside Cementland continue to crop up online despite safety issues.
