Former Gov. Greitens Subpoenaed in Sunshine Law Case

Former Gov. Eric Greitens has been subpoenaed in a case regarding violations of Missouri's open records law.

Missouri's 19th Circuit Court in Cole County issued the subpoena Thursday afternoon at the request of former Assistant Attorney General Elad Gross. The subpoena was ordered to address concerns following the investigation into dark money allegations against the nonprofit A New Missouri.

Greitens was ordered to provide communications with donors, employees and consultants related to the use of dark money or anonymous campaign donations.
