There’s been another possible exposure to COVID-19 in a local business.
The Springfield-Greene County Health Department says a person who was infectious and symptomatic visited Sam’s Club on E. Sunshine in Springfield on Friday, May 29 between 5 and 6 p.m. They were not wearing a face covering.
The risk to those who were in the store at that time is low, but health officials say you should monitor for symptoms. Those include: Cough, shortness of breath, fever or chills, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose and nausea or vomiting.
If you develop symptoms, you should contact a health care provider.
According to the health department, anyone who is sick should stay home.
