U.S. Supreme Court again blocks Missouri from using Trump-backed congressional map

This is the third time the high court has stymied efforts to implement a map aimed at ousting Democratic Congressman Emanuel Cleaver.

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, housed in the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse in St. Louis, on Thursday will hear the latest appeal of the Missouri redistricting fight.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who oversees emergency appeals for the region, requested People Not Politicians respond by noon Monday. The deadline to finalize the November ballot is Tuesday.
