Three Missouri cities rank in the top 25 most dangerous cities in America, according to USA Today. St. Louis is No. 1 and Kansas City is No. 5, yet, Missouri Sen. Bill Eigel says, "there is zero chance that gun legislation will advance in the legislature next year." Republican legislators say the solution is not gun control, but rather tough-on-crime policies in the short term and increased economic opportunity in the long term.
