Working At Home Stress Relief | Best Soups And Stews

Segment 1, beginning at 00:44: Even after the pandemic is over, you may still be working from home. Here's some advice to maintain balance between work and home when they're both in the same place.

For those working at home because of the coronavirus, the workday got longer, the number of meetings grew and communicating with coworkers became more difficult. These and other stressors can impair your mental wellbeing but there are steps you can take and boundaries you can set to make you more resilient.


Segment 2, beginning at 25:25: Whether it's chili or pho or gumbo, a bowl of soup or stew can feed the body and comfort the soul.

Just about every culture has a signature soup or stew and the Kansas City area offers a surprising number in restaurants featuring Chinese, Mexican, Vietnamese, and Nigerian recipes to name just a few. The Food Critics offer a lengthy list of recommendations for you to try.
