The Missouri Department of Health is warning consumers to avoid 7-OH, a chemically altered form of kratom it says is untested, unregulated, and up to 13 times stronger than morphine. The advisory follows an FDA warning to Kansas City–based Shaman Botanicals, which makes 7-OH products sold in stores and online across Missouri.
