The Jefferson City Council will be hearing a bill that aims to prohibit minibikes on public roadways, as well as monitor the noise levels of the bikes.

The city's Public Works and Planning Committee voted to table a parking construction plan for the Jefferson City Community Center during Thursday's meeting.
