Laine Cibulskis
KBIA Student ReporterLaine Cibulskis is a second-year student at the University of Missouri studying journalism and economics, with an emphasis on data and investigative reporting. Her work focuses on health, climate and politics. In 2024, she plans to expand her reporting career in Washington D.C. and Brussels, Belgium, and will return to KBIA in 2025. Outside of the newsroom, Laine enjoys hiking and writing poetry. Originally from Bolingbrook, Illinois, Laine hopes to pursue data, investigative and radio journalism following graduation.
